Our Mission
Financial Stress Shouldn't Steal Your Peace. 78% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. Not because they don't make enough, but because no one ever taught them how to actually manage what they have. "
We believe everyone deserves to feel confident and in control of their money—without shame, without judgment, and without cookie-cutter advice that doesn't fit real life.
How New Path Began
After transforming my own financial life (paying off over $40,000 in debt), I started noticing something everywhere I looked: people who were smart, hardworking, and responsible, yet stressed about money and making uneducated decision about their money.
Friends and Family members would call: "Can you look at my budget and help point me in the right direction?". “How do you recommend I pay off all this debt?”
The same patterns kept emerging: These weren't people with spending problems. They were people who'd never been taught how to actually MANAGE money. They'd tried budgeting apps. They'd read the popular books. Nothing stuck because nothing fit their real lives.
That's when I realized: this was bigger than helping friends over coffee. People needed real coaching, not just spreadsheets or generic advice, but someone to guide them through building a sustainable system.
I enrolled in the Financial Coach Academy®, trained under industry leaders, and combined that professional coaching methodology with my corporate budgeting experience and personal transformation. New Path Financial Coaching was born from one simple truth: The financial education system failed us, but that doesn't mean we can't learn. And you don't have to figure it out alone.
Today, New Path Financial Coaching helps individuals and families build the financial confidence that comes from having clarity, a plan, and someone in your corner who genuinely wants you to succeed.
The Clarity to Confidence™ Framework
New Path Financial’s coaching methodology combines Financial Coach Academy® training with corporate-level budgeting strategies and zero-based budgeting principles. Here's what makes our approach different:
CLARITY FIRST
We start by getting crystal clear on where you are, no shame, no judgment, just facts. Most people are overwhelmed because they've never seen their full financial picture laid out simply. We change that.
What this looks like: In your Financial Blueprint session, we'll organize your entire financial life into a clear, visual plan. For the first time, you'll see exactly where your money goes and why.
SYSTEMS THAT FIT YOUR LIFE We don't believe in restrictive budgets you'll abandon in two weeks. Instead, we build simple systems that work with how you actually live, not some idealized version of you. What this looks like: Using zero-based budgeting (every dollar has a job), we create a spending plan that aligns with YOUR priorities and values. Flexible, sustainable, and designed specifically for you.
ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORT
Knowledge isn't enough. Lasting change requires accountability. We're not just here for your initial session; we're your partner in following through.
What this looks like: Through our Rooted coaching program, you get ongoing sessions, unlimited support, and someone who'll celebrate your wins and help you navigate setbacks.
CONFIDENCE TO ACT INDEPENDENTLY
Our goal isn't to keep you dependent on coaching forever. It's to give you the skills, systems, and confidence to manage your finances independently for life.
What this looks like: By the end of our work together, you won't just have a plan—you'll have the knowledge and confidence to adjust it as your life changes.
THE DIFFERENCE: CORPORATE STRATEGIES FOR PERSONAL USE Unlike most financial coaches who teach basic personal finance ideas, I bring corporate-level budgeting expertise from 15 years managing organizational budgets and cost optimization. I've taken the strategies that help businesses eliminate waste and maximize resources, and adapted them for everyday people. You get Fortune 500 financial strategies without the complexity or corporate jargon.
